Trintel was born in Louisville, Kentucky, by leaders who lived the reality of healthcare’s waste. An engineer who launched emerging technologies across the US. A financial operations executive who watched revenue slip through cracks. Together we saw the same truth: most AI in healthcare fails because it is not tailored to the way each facility actually works.

We built Trintel to change that. We work in the clinic, not in theory. We sit with schedulers, nurses, and physicians. We map the real work. We deploy AI agents that remove waste immediately and evolve as technology advances.
